Our Founder
Trevor L. McClymont
Trevor is a professional and experienced executive of 35 years in the UK Construction and Residential Property Industry, with high level performance in origination, execution, advisory and fiduciary roles. He has developed a career marked by establishment, funding and management of companies for growth and profitability. Well versed in the running of all aspects of an organisation including taking full profit and loss responsibility, Trevor’s passion lies in leadership, collaboration and mentoring through knowledge application and the pursuit of excellence underpinned by the advocacy of the dual thought processes of sustainability and stewardship in the Public Housing sector.
Trevor achieved BA (Hons) Town & Country Planning, and MSc Sustainable Urban Development from Oxford University.
He currently serves on the board of London based Housing Association (Chair of the Investment Committee, a seat on the Risk & Audit & Remuneration committees) and serves on the board for an international charity organisation (a seat on the Risk & Audit committee).
